Once an industrial fishing establishment, this beautiful building stands proudly on the renowned Wharf in Cornwall. It was the bustling main port in the 13th century and is home to Cornwall's oldest pier, a testament to its rich history dating back to 1266.

Project Overview
As a Grade Two listed property within a conservation area, our design for the replacement timber windows and doors had to meet specific planning stipulations.
Our meticulous approach to this project involved replacing all windows and doors on a 'like for like' basis. This meant crafting 17 box sashes, 11 door sets, and 8 casement windows across our Heritage and Classic ranges. By using single glazing and traditional timber joinery techniques, we were able to faithfully replicate the original design.
This project featured five colour-matched paints, the brightest of which were RAL5005 Signal Blue, Zoffany's Raspberry Sorbet, and Festival Orange.
Because of the harsh coastal environment, we were asked to manufacture all windows in Accoya with Sapele cills for extra durability.
This project was a pleasure to complete, and it was a joy to be part of a historic renovation that used natural materials.
