Our process involves scanning the heartwood for defects, removing knots and resin pockets, and finger jointing the remaining clear timber to create top-quality materials.
As a business committed to sustainability, all of our products are crafted using FSC®-certified timber, and we actively reduce waste by recycling unused material at the source. Our timber manufacturing methods not only preserve natural resources but also produce components up to 60% stronger than standard solid wood, improving security, acoustic insulation, and thermal performance.
We even specify grain direction for maximum dimensional stability, ensuring your windows and doors remain beautiful and reliable for decades.
A Flawless Factory Finish
High Performance Protection & Custom Colour Options
All our timber products leave the factory fully finished in a durable, breathable, four-coat microporous paint or stain system. This advanced, water-based spray finish allows the timber to expand and contract naturally with moisture changes, helping preserve its integrity and appearance over time.
Our production team monitors timber moisture content closely, maintaining levels between 12% and 18% to ensure optimal adhesion and long-term performance. After the primer and top coats are applied by machine, our skilled team hand-finishes every frame to guarantee a smooth, flawless surface.
You can choose from a wide range of colours, including RAL 9003 Signal White as standard, or select from the full RAL Classic chart. Dual-colour finishes and colour matching is also available, allowing you to customise the interior and exterior finish to suit your design.
